- Description:
- The selected firm or individual shall be responsible for providing Copier Maintenance, Overage Services, and necessary supplies for the District. These services are requested for the 2026-2027 fiscal year and are subject to renewal for up to four additional years, contingent upon a performance evaluation. Provided that all stipulations are satisfied during this term and subject to available funding, the contract may be extended for up to four additional one-year periods. However, the contract will not be deemed valid unless a purchase order is issued each fiscal year.
