This amendment extends the RFI response date from October 16, 2025 12:00PM EDT to October 20, 2025 1:00PM EDT.
This amendment revised the Product Description (PD) as follows:
1.0 PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT) Infrastructure Operations (IO), Infrastructure Cybersecurity Management (ICSM) has a requirement for brand name KeySight IXIA hardware maintenance and technical support. The support shall be conducted via telephone, e-mail, or internet to troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment/components or provide replacement equipment/components that restore full operation and accessibility to the original redundant component configuration. Additionally, hardware maintenance shall consist of firmware upgrades, updates to include major releases, point releases, service releases and security releases of applicable firmware on a quarterly basis, and/or within 48 hours in cases where a high-risk vulnerability fix becomes available. The maintenance is required to ensure the hardware remains operational. This action is for hardware maintenance and technical support services only. No hardware will be procured or renewed via this action. Performance shall be a 12-month base period, with two 12-month option periods. VA requires the co-term of term licenses and maintenance into a common period of performance end date. Co-terming licenses are included in item numbers 0036 through 0050. VA...
