- HSA is seeking proposals from qualified agencies that can provide emergency and safety net services (Core Services) and participate in the County-s Core Service Network as Core Service Agencies. Core Service Agencies will provide County residents with emergency and safety net services to meet their immediate and basic needs. Services include providing emergency food and referrals to ongoing food resources, providing housing information and support services, referrals to homelessness prevention services, serving as an access point for homeless services via the Coordinated Entry System, and providing information and referrals to meet other immediate and basic needs.See attachments for RFP and corresponding documents
