The Contractor shall provide Ribonucleaic Acid (RNA) virus detection using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and Reverse Transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) laboratory techniques by collecting and analyzing wastewater samples, and providing data on the presence and concentration of alternative forms of the virus, also known as variants.
