Description
Pursuant to 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to solicit from a single source with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) for memberships is intended to provide professional development exposure, experience and activities to those individuals who are actively engaged in work that falls within the professional field(s) associated with this organization.
ITE provides it-s members support and encourages education, identifies necessary research, develops technical resources including standards and recommended practices, develops public awareness programs and serves as a conduit for the exchange of professional information.
ITE membership is available only through ITE - Institute of Transportation Engineers. This membership is not offered through another source and so is the only source capable of meeting our needs.
The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm-s capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort. The responses must be received by March 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions concerning this matter should be addressed directly to Jerry Dans at jerry.danso@dot.gov.
