Amendment 0004 was issued:
The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is as follows:
1)To re-open solicitation and the required response date/time has changed from 24 Apr 2025 to 16 May 2025 at 2:00 PM JST.
2)To provide new closing date on Questions and Answers in Section L.
3) Revise POP start date from 02 Jun 2025 to 17 Jun 2025.
4) To cancel 42 TGIs. Please see attached Amendment for details.
5) To update GFP listing in Section J.
