BLM is seeking quotes to replace the transfer case and transfer case cooler on 7300 SFA 4X4 vehicle. Replacement is needed due to finding metal in the transfer case and having issues switching into four-wheel drive.VIN#: 3HAWBMMR3HL030513Period of Performance is expected to be February 28- March 31, 2025.WORK MUST BE DONE BY A CERTIFIED INTERNATIONAL (NAVISTAR) FACILITY. Vendor must provide proof of such in their solicitation package.Services shall include a minimum 24-month unlimited mileage warranty on the transfer case and a minimum 12-month warranty on componentry including the transfer case cooler.Basic Contracting Requirements:1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov at the time of offers due and throughout the contract2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30-day prompt pay3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures5. FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation6. Service Contract Act Wages7. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price8. Basis of Award - Award will be based on price alone.
