  12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.
  Solicitation W9127N26QA077 is for the replacement of two Vertical Turbine sewer effluent pumps, a duplex pump controller, and necessary spare parts for the Cottage Grove Sewage Plant to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the facility.

  The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026.
  This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333914 - Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
