1. The proposed solicitation will be issued via full and open competition and will not be set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, Size Standard $19.0.
2. Description of Services: The selected Contractor will support CWMD-s community-wide approach in working with emergency management officials through a defined process of understanding the current capability, understanding the unique chemical threats to a community, and through scenario-based response training and exercises.
3. Period of Performance: Base + two (2) option periods. Anticipated start date is appr. May 2024.
4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Proposal is February 2024 with an anticipated award date of May 2024.
