- Request for Proposal For County Health Insurance Services Ray County is accepting sealed proposals from qualified insurance carriers to provide comprehensive health insurance coverage and related administrative services for County employees. The objective of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals that offer high-quality, cost-effective health insurance benefits while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Coverage includes medical and prescription drug. The County contributes a portion of premiums, with employees sharing in the cost. Late proposals will not be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
