Description:
The County of Orange, County Procurement Office, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from California licensed Court Reporter firms (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for court reporter services.Awarded Contract(s) will be between the County and awarded Bidder(s), in accordance with the attached model contract terms, conditions, and scope of work. Contract(s) awarded will be cooperative and may be also utilized by all County of Orange departments. Provisions and pricing of awarded Contract(s) may be extended, at the option of Contractor, to any Municipal, County, Public Utility, Hospital, Educational Institution, or any other non-profit or governmental organization (the “Cooperative Program”).This is a fully electronic solicitation - only electronic bids submitted through the County-s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.
