4.0 Synopsis
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) announcement. SSNs are issued to assist the Agency in performing market research to determine industry interest and capability. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. Therefore, no proposals are being requested or accepted in response to this SSN.
5.0 Purpose
In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, SSP is conducting market research to determine if sources are capable of successfully performing the requirements identified in this SSN. SSP is seeking capable firms to manage the “Connected Crane Condition Technology and Asset Integrity analysis system, (CCM PRO)” system. Potential sources must have the ability to or have a thorough understanding of the following:
Perform engineering and analytical support using the “Connected Crane Condition Technology and Asset Integrity analysis system, (CCM PRO).” Provide continued CCM system operation and maintenance for each facility crane with a CCM system. Provide a complete risk assessment (design and operational condition) facility cranes fitted with CCM systems. Maintain a risk register database, evaluate issues arising from risk assessments and propose mitigation activity, integrate data from CCM systems with risk assessment activity to prepare optimal inspection and maintenance regime for each facility crane with a CCM system.
