The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA4613245Q1021, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract on a full and open basis.
