The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Evaluation Factors for the item listed below.
