Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Craneworks, Inc. for crane test weights in support of Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG). This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any information received will be reviewed by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated NAICS code is 333923; the size standard is 1,250 employees. The anticipated PSC is 3990.
The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) website, Sam.gov. A complete RFQ package will be available for download on or about 22 January 2025. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB Point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size, and payment terms. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
