These offices currently do not have exterior windows. The work will require cutting new openings in the existing exterior brick wall and installing new, energy-efficient operable sliding windows, in accordance with applicable building codes and National Park Service (NPS) facility standards.Site Preparation, Brick Wall Modification, Window Installation, Cleanup and Site RestorationDeliverables: The Contractor shall provide the following upon completion:• Installation of three operable sliding windows meeting all project specifications.• Manufacturer product specifications, warranties, and maintenance instructions.Period of Performance: 7/01/2025-9/30/2025The NAICS code is 238990: All Other Specialty Trade Contractors $ 19.0.
