CRATERS OF THE MOON NATIONAL MONUMENT & PRESERVE (CRMO)REHABILITATE VISITOR CENTER BATHROOMDescription of Requirement:The project will be dedicated to performing comprehensive repairs and upgrades to the restrooms at the Visitor Center of Craters of the Moon National Monument. As part of the initiative, the existing epoxy floors in both the men's and ladies' restrooms will be removed and replaced. In addition to the flooring work, the project will involve the removal and replacement of all countertops and backsplashes to modernize the facilities and improve overall durability and aesthetic appeal. Restroom stalls and urinal dividers will also be upgraded to provide better privacy and hygiene. New, high-efficiency commodes, sinks, and urinals will be installed to promote water conservation and provide visitors with a more comfortable and hygienic restroom experience. The project will ensure that all new fixtures and installations meet the latest standards in both functionality and design. And will ensure full compliance with ABA/ADA regulations to enhance accessibility and safety for all visitors. By focusing on these critical upgrades and replacements, the project aims to significantly enhance the overall quality and user experience of the restrooms at the Visitor Center, ensuring they meet the needs of all visitors now and in the future.Location: The project is located within the CRATERS OF THE MOON NATIONAL MONUMENT & PRESERVE: 1266 Craters Loop Rd, Arco, ID 83213Period of Performance: Performance for submittals will began mid-July, work on the structure will begin end of November with work to be completed no later than Jan 25th, 2026.The NAICS code is 238990: All Other Specialty Trade Contractors $ 19.0.
