This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF25Q0020 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements, Service contract.

Description of Requirement: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide routine maintenance, testing, and repair services to the elevator located in the Cordova Ranger District Administrative Office as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).
