- The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA), an agency of the Stateof Texas, issues this Request for Proposals (RFP)to solicit Proposals fromqualified vendors for Credit Reporting Services, as described in this Section IIand in this RFP (Services).CPA-sobjective is to obtain the Services that represent the best value for CPA andthe State of Texas according to the terms and conditions of this RFP.CPAanticipates making a Contract award to one (1) Successful Respondent for theServices. CPA reserves the right not to award a Contract for the performance ofall or part of the Services. This RFP is not exclusive and CPA reserves theright to issue additional solicitations regarding the Services or similarservices at any time. All Respondents are encouraged to offer their bestpricing at all times.
