REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONSTechnical Services Regarding Creek Dam Structure Evaluation at the Perryville Water Treatment PlantThe City of Perryville will be accepting Statements of Qualifications from engineering firms to provide technical services for the evaluation, modification, and improvement of the Creek Dam structure at the City's Water Treatment Facility.The statement of qualifications shall include project approach, description of similar projects, resumes of key personnel, and detailed qualifications relevant to the following objective: preparation of a technical memorandum that assesses the current condition of the dam structure and outlines multiple recommended improvement options to ensure its long-term structural integrity. Statements of Qualifications are due by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025, and shall be mailed or delivered to City of Perryville, Attn: City Clerk Lydia Rellergert, 215 North West Street, Perryville, MO 63775. The statement of qualifications shall be limited to a maximum of 25 pages.
