Description:
This project provides for the improvement of various County roads by resurfacing the roadways with asphalt concrete pavement. The 2025 Asphalt Overlay Program includes the following roads:Group 1 - 214th Avenue East/218th Avenue East (96th Street East to 40th Street East) This work provides for resurfacing 3.96 miles of 214th Avenue East/218th Avenue East with hot mix asphalt. All curb ramps within the project limits fully within Pierce County Right of Way will be upgraded to ADA compliance.Group 2 - 160th Street East (SR 161 to 110th Avenue East) This work provides for resurfacing 0.53 miles of 160th Street East with hot mix asphalt.Group 3 - 94th Avenue East (136th Street East to 116th Street East) This work provides for resurfacing 1.25 miles of 94th Avenue East with hot mix asphalt. All curb ramps within the project limits fully within Pierce County Right of Way will be upgraded to ADA compliance.Group 4 - 22nd Avenue East (SR7 to 177th Street East) This work provides for resurfacing 2.70 miles of 22nd Avenue East with hot mix asphalt. All curb ramps within the project limits fully within Pierce County Right of Way will be upgraded to ADA compliance.Group 5 - 200th Street East (SR 161 to 134th Avenue East) This work provides for resurfacing 1.99 miles of 200th Street East with hot mix asphalt, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications.
