This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B25Q0166 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Description/Statement of Work/Specification: USDA. ARS in New Orleans, LA is requesting a Cryostatic cooling device CO2 plus installation.
Technical requirements: Cryostatic cooling device - CCD2 - for up to 2 channels. Includes cryogen-free cryostatic chiller module. Compatible with and to be attached to Gertel MPS2 equipped with TDU and CIS4 cooled injection port. Capable of cooling injection port to -40C.
Deliverables/Schedule:
CCD2 needs to be delivered within 90 days of award.
