NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThis Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Burera of Reclamation (BOR) intends to award a sole source purchase order to TECHNOBIS to furnish:Project TitleCrystallization Analyzer an advanced instrument designed for the precise analysis of drinking water, reclaimed wastewater, mining and agricultural drainage, as well as other concentrated samples. This analyzer accurately determines energy input and monitors the rate of crystal formation, ensuring reliable and comprehensive results. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with:Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. The intended procurement is classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code -334516-Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing . The determination not to compete this proposed Order was made pursuant to the 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government anticipates award by March 2025. This is the only Notice that will be published. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
