- Description : Contractor shall act as the State's strategic staffing partner to provide contingent licensed and certified clinical staffing to fill temporary vacancies and positions, substitute for Department of Developmental Services employees while on leave, provide temporary services when appropriate staffing levels cannot be maintained with civil service staff, and provide services when the requested services are not available within the State civil service. The State will communicate its clinical staffing needs to Contractor using a method agreed upon by the Parties. Contractor will use all reasonable efforts to recruit, submit and staff qualified Candidates to fulfill the State's needs.
