- This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure lodging, meals, airport transportation, conference room space, lockable storage room and parking passes for the Center of Influence (COI) personnel visiting Cadet Summer Training (CST) 2026, from 13 July 2026 to 18 July 2026 on a HUBZone set-aside basis, provided two (2) or more qualified HUBZone-s respond to this notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside. This requirement will have a base year plus four (4) option years. Base year period of performance 13 July 2026 to 18 July 2026. Option year one (1) proposed period of performance will occur between 01 June 2027 and 31 July 2027. Option year two (2) proposed period of performance will occur between 01 June 2028 and 31 July 2028. Option year three (3) proposed period of performance will occur between 01 June 2029 and 31 July 2029. Option year four (4) proposed period of performance will occur between 01 June 2030 and 31 July 2030. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two (2) or more HUBZone-s do not respond with information to support the set-aside.
