The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Meals - Cook On-Site at, CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE (CSTS), CORTLANDT MANOR, NY 10567-5000. 12 May- 22 June 2025.
This requirement is a small business set-aside.
Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the Performance Work Statement and the 21-day menu.
Please review that attached Feeder Schedule for a breakdown of the required Meals and ensure all quoted meals are incompliance with the provided menu.
Provide all necessary documents to prove compliance with PWS 1.5.1, 1.5.2, and 1.6.1.
If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Performance Work Statement have been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered.
All quotes must be submitted via email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil.
All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov
Wage Determination 2015-4177 Rev: 29 Dated 12/23/2024 is included and applicable.
