Description : The Trustees of the California State University will receive sealed proposals in the Administration West Building Room 102, at the above address, for the design and construction of the Food Pantry & Basic Needs Hub, Project Number PR1411, for the California State University Bakersfield, campus.Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 26, 2025, in accordance with the proposal documents, at California State University, Bakersfield Administration West Building Room 102. The proposal must be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form provided by the University, filled out and sealed in an envelope.In general, the scope of work consists of the design and construction, under a procedure more commonly referred to as ¿turnkey construction,¿ a Design Build project, known as Food Pantry & Basic Needs Hub Project. The project includes off site construction, delivery, and setup of an approximately 2,400 square foot permanent modular building and associated site work. Architect¿s construction estimate is $1,604,000.00.Scoping documents, Plans, specifications, and other project/contract related documents will be available electronically after the Mandatory Bidders Site Walk.
