Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Csu - Leased Laundry Equipment Equipped To Accept Electronic Payments To The Columbus State U Niversity (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. Columbus State University (csu) Invites Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Vendors To Provide Leased Laundry Equipment For Our Riverpark Campus, Located At Multiple Addresses In Uptown Columbus. All Machines Must Be Capable Of Accepting Electronic Payments, But Will Be Set To Free Vend By Default. While The Payment Functionality Must Remain Available For Potential Future Use, Students Will Not Be Charged Per Wash Cycle Under Normal Operations. The Awarded Supplier Will Not Receive Compensation Based On Per-cycle Usage, As The Laundry Service Is Provided To Students At No Cost For Each Use, As This Is Built Into Other Fees For Student Residents. Columbus State University Will Award A Single Award For This Service.
