The scope of work includes any required testing of the existing fire pumps to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.Scope of WorkThe Contractor shall furnish all prevailing wage labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to relocate two (2) fire sprinkler valves. Work shall include full drainage of the affected fire protection line(s), installation of extension arms, fittings, and all associated components necessary to complete the relocation, followed by proper sealing, reconnection, hydrostatic testing, and restoration of the system to full operational status. All work shall be performed in accordance with NFPA standards, California Fire Code, CSU Office of Fire Safety requirements, and all applicable state and local regulations. The Contractor shall assess the existing fire pumps to confirm operational integrity before and after completion of valve relocation.
