Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued By The Technical College System Of Georgia (tcsg) On Behalf Of Chattahoochee Technical College (ctc) To Establish A Renewable, Annual Contract With One Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Vending Services For Their Campus Locations (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. Chattahoochee Technical College Is A Two-year Post-secondary Technical Institute Located North Of Atlanta, Georgia And Provides Education Services For Multiple Counties. The Purpose Of This Erfq Is To Identify One Qualified Supplier That The College Can Award A Renewable Annual Contract For The Purpose Of Providing Vending Services At Their Nine (9) Campus Locations. The Contract Will Be A Revenue Sharing Contract That Will Allow The College To Share In The Profits By Receiving A Monthly Commission On Net Sales From The Vending Areas.
