Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and certified in by SBA in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). Interested SDVOSB-s must be listed to receive contract awards.
Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Emergency Department Mold Remediation. The services will be performed at Central Texas VA Health Care System in Temple, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to Taminie Panich, Contract Specialist, at taminie.panich@va.gov. Subject line of e-mail shall be “Quote - 36C25725Q0662 - Emergency Department Mold Remediation” by 07/03/2025 @ 3:00 P.M. CT.
The Contractor shall visit the site to determine the full extent of the work. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site visit will be scheduled through Roger Adams, Roger.adams@va.gov and Alfred Stall, Alfred.stall@va.gov.
Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only, no later than 06/19/2025 @ 4:00 P.M. CT. Please annotate subject line of e-mail with “Technical Questions - 36C25725Q0662 - Emergency Department Mold Remediation” and send to Taminie Panich, Contract Specialist, at taminie.panich@va.gov.
