Project: Cuba Ranger District Janitorial Santa Fe National Forest
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 127EAV25Q0003 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Location of project: Cuba Ranger District Santa Fe National Forest located in New Mexico has a requirement for Janitorial Services. The applicable NAICS is 561720 Janitorial Services, for which the small business size standard in millions of dollars is $22.0 (PSC: S201). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2025-03 dated 17 January 2025. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items. Please include all applicable taxes in your quote. Contractor must be registered/active in SAM.gov on RFQ due date/time.
