The Selected Firm Should Have Experience With Federal Funding Assistance. Cumberland County Will Work With The Selected Firm To Define The Full Scope Of Services To Be Completed At The Time Services Are Requested. Once The Scope Of Services Is Fully Defined, The Cost Of Such Engineering Services Will Be Fully Agreed Upon By Both Parties Prior To Work Commencing.
