Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND.The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with Suppliers(s) to provide Current Model Year Automobiles for Toyota, Kia, Mazda, Hondas and other Ev vehicles to the State of Minnesota and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. Subsequent Model Year productions and additional vehicles may be added to the Contract through a fully executed written amendment to the Contract.Brand names or specific manufacturers stated establish a standard only and are not restrictive. The State will consider responses of other makes, models, or brands, which have comparable characteristics of quality, type, and performance.All vehicles offered must be the latest production with new equipment and must include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment and OEM available options.
