Description:The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting market research to identify capable sources for a potential procurement of custodial services, elevator maintenance, and HVAC maintenance for the Guy Bradley Visitor Center located within the Flamingo District of Everglades National Park.Scope of Work:¿ Custodial services. ¿ Routine elevator maintenance.¿ Routine HVAC system maintenance.4. Contract Type and Length:The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a 12-month base period plus one 12-month option period.5.
