The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potentials of a Facility Support, Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Performance-Based contract with recurring and non-recurring services to perform Custodial Services at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME.
General Work Requirements: Annex 1503010 – Custodial
The contractor shall provide labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering required to perform:
The intent of Annex 1503010 Custodial is to specify the requirements related to Custodial services to include: space cleaning, emptying waste containers, entrance cleaning, lunch/break room, drinking fountains, floor care, sweeping and dust mopping, vacuuming carpets and rugs, cleaning walk-off mats, spray cleaning and buffing, damp mopping, stripping and restrooms services, rest cleaning and debris removal as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
