Description of the service: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army Garrison Darby Military Community (DMC)-Livorno. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all custodial service tasks and frequencies as described and defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5 Specific Tasks and Part 8 Technical Exhibits, TE-5 Municipal Custodial Services Tasks and Frequency Performance Standards, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services (If applicable, see Part 4 Contractor Furnished Items and Services). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
Location of the work: The service shall be performed at USAG Italy DMC (Camp Darby, Depot, and Ammunition Storage Area), Pisa, Italy.
Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows:
Base Year: 10 June 2025 - 09 June 2026
Option Year One: 10 June 2026 - 09 June 2027
Option Year Two: 10 June 2027 - 09 June 2028
Option Year Three: 10 June 2028 - 09 June 2029
Option Year Four: 10 June 2029 - 09 June 2030
Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract.
Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted after 30 April 2025.
Response date: The response date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF25QA015)
