Description
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Fort Shafter, HI. 96858, intends to award a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Custom Made Foot Orthotics for 549th Hospital Center/Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from on or about 1 April 2025 to 31 Mar 2030. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) which authorizes the government to award contracts where there is only one source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcment fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes: however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
