This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12505B23Q0005 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. Scope of Work:
The United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Services (USDA-ARS) Midwest Area (MWA) Administrative Office-s Acquisitions & Personal Property/Fleet Team on behalf of the USDA-ARS Dairy Forage Research Center Farm located in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin is requesting quotes for a 5-month supply of the USDA-s Custom Lactating Mineral Formula 6.14.18. This will include 5 deliveries of 10 tons per delivery (or 50 tons). Deliveries to be made approximately every 30 days.
Technical Requirements:
USDA Custom Lactating Mineral Formula 6.14.18 (in attachments). Mineral oil: added at 30lb per ton No supplemental iron to be added No supplemental dicalcium phosphate to be added Total volume requirement is 50 tons. Delivery via auger truck. Key Deliverables:
