The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit interested vendors for the purpose of establishing a firm-fixed price, single award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with One (1) Base Year and Four (4) Option Years to acquire custom retirement plaques for the Finance and Facilities Division (FFD), National Capitol Region Section (NCRS), Facilities Services Unit (FSU).This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.This is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
Amendment 1 - 7/10/25 - Pricing matrix added to be completed upon submission of quote, ceiling price increased, product specifications added to anniversary keys for clarification, anniversary key attachment added, and quote and question dates extended. RFQ updated to reflect all changes made.
Amendment 2 - 7/16/25 - Quote deadline extended to 12:00pm EST/EDT on 7/25/2025.
