12/31/2025 AMENDMENT 0003
The purpose of this amendment is to post industry question and answer and to extend the offers due date to 1/16/2026.
Question 02: SOW 4.3.1.1.2 - Final approved parts list, we're just not sure what you're asking for here.
Answer 02: A list that contains part numbers that include items such as the velocity fuse, any electrical fuses, hydraulic pistons, motors, etc. this would be if we need to replace any damaged parts of the tilter.

The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work (SOW) and to add DFARS 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025. The CMMC level required by this RFQ is: CMMC Level 2 (Self). This CMMC level, or higher (see 32 CFR part 170), is required prior to award for each contractor information system that will process, store, or transmit Federal contract information (FCI) or controlled unclassified information (CUI) during performance of the contract. See Provision 252.204-7025 and Clause 252.204-7021, included in this RFQ.
