The requirements is for the design, production, and delivery of custom recognition mementos (honorary award frames and Agency seal) and retirement plaques to support employee separation initiatives under OPM DRP, DoD DRP, VERA, and VSIP.
The contractor will provide DCSA with the following award specifications:
Custom wood plaques with approved messaging and Agency seal; Customized Agency graphic seal - framed and suitable for farewell messages; mounting hardware (if applicable); Packaging suitable for presentation; Production of approximately [221] wooden retirement plaques, [200] agency seals and [200] honorary award frames based on agency demand; Shipment or delivery as agreed upon in the purchase order. - Documents:
