UPDATE (May 30, 2023): A second draft version of the CSO and first Pod have been posted for review and comment. Some of the attachments are still being drafted but ones that are complete have been posted. We anticipate posting the rest of the attachments as soon as they are available. Comments on the draft documents are due by June 5th, 2020 at 4:30 PM CST. Please utilize the excel spreadsheet to submit comments on the draft documents. There is a separate tab for each document as well as a tab for General comments for the Government to consider.
In order to maintain an accelerated milestone schedule, the Government does not plan to post Questions and Answers. The Government will review comments submitted to continue to develop the CSO and Pod offering. If the Government determines there is an area of the draft CSO or Pod which is not clear to a large segment of Industry, we will post communications to provide clarity or seek more feedback.
