The government requires a set of custom fabricated forklift tines that will fit onto a 2021 HOIST P650, P-Seres forklift. Current forklift information:
P Series Hoist Material Handling 65,000 lbs load capacity Model: P650@48 Serial no: 31578Below is the customized characteristics of what the Government is looking for:
Forkilft Configuration Needed:
The top of the fork to keep pin measurements are: 4 9⁄16” X 11 ¾” Pin hole has a 2 5⁄8” diameter, The pin runs through the top portion of the fork. Height of the fork should be 40” - 41” Length of each tine is 96” Each tine should measure: 4” x 11 ¾”, minimum width is 11” Tip of the tine should measure 1 3⁄8” The tine should start to taper at 30” to the tipSee attached pictures for visual measurements and understanding of the configuration needed.
The government is aware that a thinner tine will impact load capacity. Interested vendors should address the new load capacity rating for these customized forklift tines.
