Description:
As required by the provisions of 49 CFR Part 26, the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB), operator of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) located in Boone County, Kentucky, has established an overall goal for the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in projects for which Airport Improvement Program (AIP) funds may be utilized during Federal Fiscal Years 2026-2028 (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2028).KCAB-s overall goal is 11.9% of which 0.6% is expected through race/gender neutral methods and 11.3% is expected through race/gender conscious methods. KCAB anticipates applying Airport Improvement Program and Airport Improvement Grant (BIL) funds to the following projects planned for FY2026-2028: Concourse A Apron Reconstruction and Taxiway S Reconstruction.For the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process a virtual DBE Goal Setting Stakeholder Consultation Meeting will be held on July 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.Please REGISTER HERE to attend the meeting.The proposed goal and rationale are also available for public until August 10, 2025, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET), Monday through Friday, at the CVG Administration Offices, 77 Comair Blvd, Erlanger, Kentucky, 41018 and online at https://www.cvgairport.com/business/business-opportunities/business-diversity/.Comments should be directed to the attention of Larisa Sims and may be submitted in writing by mail addressed to Larisa Sims, DBE Liaison Officer, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, P.O.
