1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106.2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 Effective November 12, 2024
4. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 334111.
5. Presently there is no money available for this requirement and any award resulting from this solicitation is subject to the availability of funds IAW FAR 52.232-18.
6. Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
7. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a).
