Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source bridge contract to the incumbent, SANS Institute, for a period of performance of six (6) months, with two (2) additional one-month (1) options pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor shall provide supplemental cyber training to law enforcement personnel who conduct computer intrusion investigations involving the use of computers, cellular telephones, tablets, networks, and the Internet.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist via email at rtshifflet@fbi.gov and aljohnson5@fbi.gov, no later than 4:00PM (Central) 10 January 2025. Only emailed responses will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
