PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, Sole Source Only, firm fixed price contract, provision of CyberSecure IPS, Address: 3 Bethesda Metro Center Suite 700 Bethesda, MD 20814 for the Finance and Facilities Division(FFD). This is in support of existing Cybersecure IPS system that is currently installed on the FBI Quantico Academy and seeking to renew annual maintenance support. The purpose is to provide all design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for all IT Infrastructure and electronic Physical Security Systems utilized by the FBI for FBI buildings and off-sites.

This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration-s sam.gov website (www.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 541519-, Other Computer Related Services.

Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. Please ensure that your company-s SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, UEI, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
