Description : Caltrans District 12 is seeking to establish and administer a consultant contract for an Adaptation Planning Study (Study) addressing climate impacts at Crystal Cove and Bolsa Chica along Pacific Coast Highway. The Study shall examine climate change coastal stressors along two corridors of Pacific Coast Highway (SR-1), 4.4 center lane miles cumulatively, and identify adaptation strategies to ensure facility resilience in the short-, medium-, and long-term. The Study will entail a literature review, coastal hazards assessment, and local public engagement, culminating in several Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PSE) packages, with recommendations for advancing projects.The documents and files attached to this solicitation do not have any updates for digital accessibility at this time.
