  Amendment (0007)
  The purpose of this amendment (0007) to the solicitation is to:
  1) Update Attachment 2 - Factor 1 Technical, Tab 1 Staffing Capability to correct the number of mandatory questions listed in the cell labeled “Instructions”. All revisions are shown in red.
  2) Extend the due date for receipt of proposals from 02 March 2026 to 04 March 2026,12:00 p.m. EST. All revisions are highlighted in blue.
  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: HE1254-26-R-E012 is being issued as a Request
  for Proposal (RFP). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. The NAICS code is 485410.
  Please review all attachments to this combined solicitation carefully. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure for the base year, four (4) option years and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, are attached as well as a description of requirements for the items to be acquired and the dates and delivery and acceptance.
